Refund Policy

Because all of our products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is created uniquely for you, and as such, cannot be resold.

That said, we want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there has been a mistake with your order, please contact us at natasha@dotandtype.com within 30 days of receiving your item so we can evaluate the situation and make it right. In special cases, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Personalised and custom products (all standard orders fall under this category)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if there are any problems. We’ll review the issue and work with you on the best solution.

European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, this does not apply to personalised items, which are excluded from the cooling-off period.

Refunds
If we approve a refund (in cases of damage, error, or special exceptions), it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at natasha@dotandtype.com.
